Fairness Code Advisory Board

The Fairness Code is a commitment made by all certificate issuers that are members of DDV. It requires compliance with high standards for issuing, structuring, distributing and marketing derivatives, and therefore acts directly to protect investors. Based on the relevant legal provisions, the code contains guidelines for a responsible approach to dealing with the capital of investors and keeping their trust. It applies to derivatives that are offered publicly to private investors.

The Fairness Code Advisory Board monitors compliance with the code at regular intervals.
